Laser Operator
The laser machine operator position safely performs laser cutting for a variety of organizational manufacturing needs. Types of lasers are: Bystronics 6000 Laser, Trumpf 3050 laser, Trumpf 7040 laser, Trumpf 3030 laser
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to cut metal sheets and materials per design specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine material types, sizes, and cutting instructions.
- Set up laser machines, including adjusting settings for power, speed, and material type.
- Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal
- Inspect cut parts for defects or imperfections, make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting machines to ensure smooth operation.
- Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to all company cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator
- Familiarity with laser cutting technology and CNC programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Solid understanding of materials, including various types of metals and their cutting properties.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Machinist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machine tools to create precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an understanding of machining processes, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills and other precision equipment to fabricate parts and components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce parts according to exact dimensions.
- Select the appropriate materials, tools, and machine settings for each job.
- Perform measurements and inspections of completed parts using various measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Assist in the development of new machining processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Grinder - Finishing/Polishing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Grinder/Finisher/Polisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding, finishing, and polishing metal parts to achieve precise dimensions and smooth surfaces. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grinding: Operate various grinding equipment such as surface grinders, belt grinders, and angle grinders to shape, smooth, and finish metal parts to meet required specifications.
- Finishing: Remove imperfections, sharp edges, and surface defects from parts using manual or automated tools.
- Polishing: Use polishing tools, buffing wheels, and abrasives to provide a smooth, shiny finish on metal surfaces.
- Inspection: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control within a manufacturing or fabrication environment and will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process to ensure all fabricated metal products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Use various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to check dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections to detect defects, misalignments, or any other issues in fabricated parts.
- Document inspection results and generate reports on product quality, including non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness in the inspection area.
- Perform incoming inspections of raw materials to verify compliance with specified requirements.

Qualifications:
