Please note: Filling out the Request for Quote form is crucial to getting the best, most accurate quote for your project. If possible, please do not fax drawings and cad data without dimensions; this increases the risk for miscommunication and inaccurate quotes.
If this is not possible, we ask that you approve the use of your faxed drawings and undimensioned cad data prior to us going into production on your order. If we have questions related to the supplied information, rest assured we will call and ask.
Once a quote is generated by Byers, and accepted by you, the customer, we request that you reference the quote number on the Purchase Order. This will help us generate the proper documentation so that we can expedite your order more efficiently.
