Our laser personnel have a combined total of 40+ years of experience programming and operating Triumph laser equipment.
We have experience in laser cutting everything from all types of stainless steel to Plexiglas to varying thicknesses of mild steel and aluminum. The flexibility of the laser allows us the opportunity to not only cut intricate linear designs for forming, but we can also cut detailed logos and sign graphics. We are only limited by your imagination!

Byers' 5-Axis Laser Processing Center uses highly advanced technology to provide you with extraordinary results and exciting new engineering, design, and production opportunities.
- 3500 Watt CO2 Laser
- Two cutting heads to cover a wide range of material thickness.
- Optional split cabin to increase production. The split cabin allows cutting on one side of the machine, while loading/unloading on the other.
- Off-line Programming and Fixture design using Catia Fastrim software.
- Deep drawn, spun or stamped parts are processed quickly and accurately.
- Contours, holes, shapes and trimming of 3-D parts.
